Nothing is metered
No per-claim charge, no per-document charge, no per-email charge. Unlimited claims at every tier. Your bill does not rise because you had a busy month, and you can forecast it.
Migration is included
The Migration Centre at every tier, with a rehearsal step that changes nothing so you see exactly what would happen before it does. Assisted migration is available at a published price.
Twelve months, not thirty-six
Core and Professional are twelve-month terms. If we are not right for you, you are not committed to us for three years.

Modules
Six, priced individually on Core: Credit Hire Pro, Fleet Pro, Finance Pro, Portals, Analytics Pro and API & Integration. Professional includes three of them; Enterprise includes all six.
Most firms need one or two. We would rather tell you which in the first conversation than sell you six — and if none of them describes your operation, Core on its own is a complete claims system.
Questions people actually ask
Why is the per-user rate not published?
Because it is the number a proposal is built from, and it varies with tier, term and volume. The entry prices are published so you can tell immediately whether ClaimCore is in your range; the rate above the included band is in your written proposal, before you commit to anything.
What happens when we grow past the included users?
Additional users are charged monthly at the rate in your order form, pro-rated to your renewal date. There is no renegotiation and no new contract — the bill grows with you.
Is there a setup fee?
Implementation starts at £2,500 as a one-off, covering configuration, your own document wording, user setup, training and go-live support. Professional and Enterprise implementations are larger and are quoted before you commit.
What does migration cost?
The self-service Migration Centre is included at every tier. If you would rather we did the mapping and ran the rehearsals, assisted migration is priced by claim volume and quoted after a look at your data — never as an open-ended scoping exercise.
Can we pay monthly?
Yes, on a twelve-month term. Paying annually in advance attracts a discount, which your proposal states.
Do you charge for claims, documents or emails?
No. Nothing is metered at any tier. This is deliberate — a bill that rises with how hard you use the software is a bill nobody can forecast.
Is AI included?
There is no AI in ClaimCore today. It is not built, not sold, and not on this price list. When it exists it will be priced then, and it will not be used to close a sale before it is real.
